Music, and she will be happy. She is stockinette, has a wonderful embroidered face with oval mouth, teeth and two lines running above her eyes and down to outline a nose. I don't see it done that way often and it is very effective. Now the hairdo is something else. It maybe be a simple as two holes that happened and the easiest solution was to stuff in some material but it actually looks like it was made that way. The fabric is the same on both sides and it looks and feels like it goes all the way through. It does give her a sassy look and makes her adorable. All she needs is some music and I can bet she would love to dance. Don't you love the picture of the back of her head! She is 12" tall, stockenette from the top of her head to the bottom of her hips and then has funny little black legs made from a black cotton material. They are old but my guess is that they are not original. This is one funny little doll and for sure on of a kind. She is wearing a slip, and bloomers and a red wool skirt with embroidery around the bottom edge. She is quite something! 14" tall and circa 1900-1920
